Difficult to connect the dots?

Well, all this happened in the recently wound up #EMEAConfluence2025 by #Infosys at Monte Carlo.

The three days packed with ideas, leaders, conversations focused on where AI and leadership are truly headed and how humans and technology are learning to coexist. Sometimes perfectly, sometimes painfully.

It was one of those weeks that make you pause and think about what really drives progress. Yes, AI can and will run faster but it does and will need the direction.

For me, it reinforced what we already live at #IKEA that progress is not about faster tools or AI but about better lives and outcomes for people. Let the technology amplify it and let the purpose define it.
